For one day, the town of Nowiny became the heart of local volleyball as it hosted the annual Municipal Volleyball Tournament for the Mayor's Cup. The event brought together eight teams, each competing with determination, team spirit, and a strong desire to win.

Among the participants was the Dyckerhoff Polska team, which proudly took sixth place. Composed of dedicated employees, the team demonstrated that sports are not just about competition, but also about building connections and fostering team collaboration. A particularly touching moment was the participation of Agata and Paweł Kubicki — a married couple representing Dyckerhoff. Their shared effort on the court symbolized the company’s values: teamwork, integration, and the importance of family bonds.
