Status

Dyckerhoff Polska sp. z o.o. declares that, as defined in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 187, 26.06.2014, p.1), the company has the status of a large enterprise.

According to the provisions of the Act of 19 July 2019 on amending certain acts to reduce payment congestion (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1649) and the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions, Dyckerhoff Polska sp. z o.o. declares that it has the status of a large enterprise.
