Sustainability Report 2022 - Consolidated non-financial statement under the Italian Legislative Decree 254/2016.


In line with the past years, the 2022 Sustainability Report includes the requirements of Legislative Decree 254/2016 on non-financial information, and it is drafted with reference to the Standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

In accordance with the provisions of the Decree, the document describes the business model, the identified risks, the environmental, social and governance policies, targets and performances.

In this edition we disclose all information required by the Taxonomy regulation and we include the dedicated section for the presentation of the roadmap “Our Journey to Net Zero” and the SBTi validation.

The 2021 edition of Buzzi Unicem’s Sustainability Report confirms the objective of climate neutrality by 2050.

 

The 2021 Sustainability Report was drafted in accordance with the Standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) with an 'In  Accordance - Core'  reporting level and it includes the requirements of Legislative Decree 254/2016 on non-financial  information.

The document, which is continuously improving in terms of contents and accuracy, maintains the same structure it had last year. It confirms itself as an essential tool to provide the stakeholders with relevant information on our Company's environmental, social and governance performance.

We are pleased to note that interest for non-financial information is increasing rapidly and we are committed to constantly improving the quality and level of detail of this information.
