Beddings and Stabilizations

Beddings and stabilizations produced in our plants are based only on components in accordance with the Polish standards.

 

Dyckerhoff beddings

Cement and sand beddings are designed for use in paving works as the leveling layer under pavers, paving slabs and elements of landscape architecture such as curbs, edgings and drain channels.

• beddings are offered in the following variants: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:8.

 

Dyckerhoff stabilizations

Stabilizations are mixes produced in accordance with PN-S-96012:1997 and designed for the main bedding, auxiliary bedding or a layer of enhanced substrate in road construction. They can be used for the construction of structural layers of the road surface with load category from KR1 to KR6.

• cement stabilizations are offered in the following versions: Rm 0.5-1.5 MPa; 1.5-2.5 MPa and 2.5-5.0 MPa
• production with the use of aggregate size-distribution 0-2 mm; 0-8 mm or 0-16mm.
