Managerial staff changes in Dyckerhoff Polska

As of 1 April 2017, by the decision of the Shareholders Meeting, the composition of the Management Board of Dyckerhoff Polska changed. On this day, Mr Paolo Zelano and Mr Krzysztof Kieres were appointed as members of the Management Board.

After more than 18 years of work for Dyckerhoff Polska, the President of the Management Board, General Director, Mr Krzysztof Kocik, has retired. Owing to his determination, commitment and hard work, the cement plant in Nowiny is one of the exemplary plants in the Buzzi/Dyckerhoff group. For many years, Dyckerhoff Polska has been achieving excellent economic results under the direction of Mr Kocik. Another great accomplishment of Mr Kocik is building a team of managers responsible for all areas of the Company's activity, based on their high competences, full commitment and orientation at achieving the set goals.

For many years Mr Krzysztof Kieres has co-created the policy of the Company as a Member of the Management Board and Financial Director. In the opinion of the Shareholders Meeting, from now on he will continue the present development direction of Dyckerhoff Polska as the General Director and Member of the Management Board. Mr Paolo Zelano, as a Member of the Management Board, will be responsible for the development strategy, as well as communication with the Supervisory Board and the Shareholder.

Financial Controller has joined the senior management of Dyckerhoff Polska. As a result of the promotion, the function of Financial Controller has taken over some of the duties previously assigned to the function of Financial Director. As of 1 April 2017 Financial Controller has been responsible for controlling, debt collection, IT, finance and contract management.

We wish the new Management Board and Financial Controller success in the management of the Company. We also wish Mr Kocik good health and satisfaction with the achieved results.
