On May 1^st, 2023, SAP S/4 HANA went live at Dyckerhoff Polska and has been officially available to users since then. The successful implementation is the result of several years of commitment by a large international project team consisting of internal and external employees.

SAP S/4 HANA is the successor to the previous SAP R/3, which we use in all Dyckerhoff countries for many everyday processes in the company. S/4 HANA is an English abbreviation where "S" stands for "simple," "4" for the fourth generation of the SAP system, and "HANA" for High-Performance Analytic Appliance - a highly efficient analysis tool. With SAP S/4 HANA, we have a tool that supports the digital transformation of our company.

Moving to SAP S/4 HANA is a significant step that brings many benefits: more efficient business processes, a more intuitive user interface, better data analytics, and the ability to leverage the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence. With the new SAP platform, Dyckerhoff Polska gains an efficient tool. After the go-live in Poland, we will pursue the objective of gradual implementation in other Dyckerhoff countries.

Dyckerhoff Polska is not only the first Dyckerhoff company to go live with SAP S/4 HANA but also one of the few Polish companies to have successfully implemented the latest SAP software.

Developing and implementing a new system is a task that requires a lot of expertise and collaboration. The fact that we successfully implemented the system is a success that proves the professionalism and determination of the entire team. Especially the successful go-live is thanks to our Polish colleagues.
