MODERN AND FUNCTIONAL PLANT IN BOCHNIA.

Construction and localization.

In the first half of 2008, after analyzing possibilities of the development of the city and gmina of Bochnia, a decision was made to localize a new plant in Lesser Poland.

After deciding on the plot in Bochnia at Łany Street (Cracow, Lesser Poland) measures were taken to collect full documentation and start building a ready-mixed concrete plant. It has direct access to the A4 and regional roads, which enables to transport mixtures to the region in question.

Together with the existing plants in Cracow and Myślenice it can make big investments.

Plans for investments in the region have been made, which was taken into consideration on deciding on the localization. The opening of the plant coincided with realizing several bigger investments. Examples include building the Szarów-Tarnów part of the A4, Bochnia north-western bypass, Galeria Bocheńska, sewage treatment plant, sports hall, gym and library in Brzesko, expanding the county hospital in Bochnia and planning to open a Mercedes-Benz saloon and hotel.

Aquer, producer of sanitary installations, is to build an industrial complex etc. Such strategic planning will allow verifying the operating capacity of the depot obtained when the investments are realized.
